I’m Erica — a Latina, Mexican American , Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin a mom , wife, entrepreneur and the heart behind Events by Erica.
My love for decorating started long before this became a business. I was the one who always volunteered to decorate family parties ,cousins especially nieces ,nephews & Friends. Balloons, flowers, table setups — I just loved making moments look and feel special.
That’s where I learned the power of beauty, balance, and detail. I’ve always had an eye for what works — whether it’s the perfect centerpiece or the perfect Backdrop as a Focal point
One day, I decided to take the leap and turn this passion into my career. And today, I help bring unforgettable moments to life — Elegant weddings, birthdays, and events filled with love and intention.

What types of events do you service?
Weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, engagements, baptisms, prom, grand openings, corporate events, and any celebration.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we do not have a showroom.

Where can I find item measurements?
All item dimensions are listed on our website.
Do you have a rental minimum?
Yes, the rental minimum is $300 plus delivery fee. Some locations may require a higher minimum based on distance or travel time.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Equipment is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
When booking a venue, how many hours should I plan for setup time?
Some venues rent for a full day, typically from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Other venues rent on an hourly basis.
We require 4–6 hours for setup. This will depend on the size, decor areas, and level of detail.
Example: Setup from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (5 hours) with the event starting at 4:00 p.m.
For the food buffet area, do you provide decor such as linens and serving trays (warmers, bowls, utensils, plates, etc.)?
No. Please confirm with your food vendor, as they typically provide these items with their service.
If you are using your venue’s in-house catering service, they usually provide these for you.
