I\u2019m Erica \u2014 a Latina, Mexican American , Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin a mom , wife, entrepreneur and the heart behind Events by Erica.\u00a0<\/p>

My love for decorating started long before this became a business. I was the one who always volunteered to decorate family parties ,cousins especially nieces ,nephews & Friends. Balloons, flowers, table setups \u2014 I just loved making moments look and feel special.\u00a0<\/p>

Before launching my event company, I worked in the World of Beauty as a Barber \/ Cosmetologist for 20 years, 5 of which were as an instructor at the Aveda institute, 3 licenses in my field in Milwaukee & Florida. That\u2019s where I learned the power of beauty, balance, and detail. I\u2019ve always had an eye for what works \u2014 whether it\u2019s the perfect centerpiece or the perfect Backdrop as a Focal point<\/p>
